SEO Quick - Version (3.01)
What is search engine optimisation (SEO)
SEO is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
The SEO Quick service is not guaranteed, but will be performed to the best of SEO Quick’s knowledge and ability. Please bear in mind, your website's ranking with a particular Search Term will rely on both the relevancy of that term on your pages, and the popularity of that term on other websites as well as the page ranking determined by a Search Engines such as Google.
Your website should be hosted on a reliable server, ideally based in Ireland (or the country of Search Engine interest), with constant availability, for optimum results. Should SEO Quick recommend changing your host or server, this is to protect the interests of your website's ranking within the Search Engines. SEO Quick cannot be held responsible for slipping or unsatisfactory Search Engine Ranking results if SEO suggestions have not been adhered to.
SEO Quick cannot be held responsible for problems or additional costs arising due to any errors made by third parties, or failure to maintain a current copy of your own website. (Back ups can be made at your request.)

CHANGES AND UPDATES
SEO Quick requires the freedom to make strategic and business decisions about their Beta Program (this includes any and all related or successor programs). For this reason, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to change all or part of these Terms and/or the Policies and to change or discontinue the Beta Program. These changes may be made at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued participation in the Beta Program will constitute your acceptance of the then-current terms and conditions, policies and offerings of service. You are responsible to check for updates. Changes and updates to these Terms will be effective immediately after they are posted at www.seoquick.com/updates
By using this Beta version of SEO Quick you, the client, confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions, acceptable user policy and privacy policy set out below.
GENERAL
SEO Quick will allow access to SEO Quick Beta version only where an agreement is entered into and our terms and conditions are accepted.
Notwithstanding our Acceptable User Policy*, SEO Quick accepts no responsibility for the promotion of any sites that include illegal, pornographic, libellous, religious or other websites that mat be deemed inappropriate in content. (See our Acceptable User Policy for further details) SEO Quick accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred due to any malfunction of the client website(s) or any part of it. The SEO Quick website and its associated graphics, programming code, scripts, applications, php scripts or software etc. (unless specifically agreed in writing by SEO Quick) written by SEO Quick remain the copyright of SEO Quick and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the express permission of SEO Quick. SEO Quick will not take responsibility for any copyright infringements used or referred to in a client's website. It is recommended that the client ensures that any approvals/permissions required are clearly and expressly granted in writing by the copyright, trademark or registered company owner.
INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, advertisers or partners, from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of our services, violation of this Terms of Service or any other actions connected with use of our services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, we will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
