DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that: Your use of SEO Quick services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is, therefore, recommended by SEO Quick that you back up your websites prior to and during optimisation procedures. SEO Quick does not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. SEO Quick will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out by the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Company shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from: the use or the inability to use our services; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from our services; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on company services; or any other matter relating to company services. SEO Quick do not give any guarantees or undertakings regarding and results in performance of the programme that it will enhance the search result position. SEO Quick shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure. Force Majeure SEO Quick shall not be responsible for i.e. acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: 'acts of God', strikes, lockouts, war, terrorist activity, communications line or equipment failures, power failures, earthquakes, or other disasters. SEO Quick do not represent or warrant that Customers' URLs will achieve a favourable position, or any position, within a particular search engine. SEO Quick do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the SEO Quick Services will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.
Notwithstanding the security precautions taken against disclosure of information, due to the very nature of and the conditions that exist on the Internet generally, which are beyond the control of SEO Quick any internet access could result in a breach of security. Accordingly, SEO Quick cannot guarantee that your data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby expressly waive any claim against SEO Quick arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy, breach of security or for any other reason that is not based on intentional or grossly negligent actions of SEO Quick. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SEO Quick and any of their associated companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (no matter how they arose, including negligence), or for interrupted communications, lost data or lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the services provided hereunder. Further, SEO Quick will not have any liability for any losses arising because the SEO Quick services are not operational or accessible. This section does not limit liability for bodily injury of a person.

FUTURE PAYMENT ISSUES
Notwithstanding the free nature of SEO Quick's Beta version, SEO Quick reserve the right at any time to make a charge for the use of any or all of its services. When such an initiation is to be taken, the client would be informed and an opportunity to 'opt out' of the service would be provided.
Our payment terms will, at the appropriate time, be posted on the SEO Quick website.
